$9 Flat-Rate ShippingPackages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (tracking and insurance are included) during regular business hours.
You will receive an automatic email from Stamps.com as well as our Point of Sale system with your USPS tracking number after your order has been packaged.
Please note that orders received after business hours will be packaged the next business day (ie Saturday PM orders will ship Tuesday AM, Tuesday PM orders will ship Wednesday AM, etc).
At this time, we are unable to offer International Shipping.

Missing an item, received a damaged or incorrect item? Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package and we will happily cover the cost of a replacement, or can issue you a store credit if you prefer.
With the exception of incorrect shipping or damaged goods, we cannot accept returns. Sales on all patterns, books, notions, and cut fabric are final.
